Public offer — RUST-BOOM

This is a public offer: the service provider offers a distance contract to any person aged 18 or over on the terms below.

You may send a voluntary contribution to help run the Rust server «RUST-BOOM». If you want, after a successful payment we credit in-game bonuses to the SteamID64 you enter on our checkout page. The checkout shows the amount, currency, and how many bonuses you get.

When you pay through LiqPay using the link from our site (after “Continue to payment”), you confirm that you have read and agree to this offer — by paying you conclude the contract with the Provider on the terms below.

1. Definitions

Provider — the payee named in section 11.
Payer — a person who completes checkout and pays via LiqPay.
Service — accepting a voluntary payment and crediting in-game bonuses according to the amount, currency, and rates published on the checkout page.
Bonuses — internal server accounting units used for perks on our Rust server; not a copy of the game Rust or an activation key.

2. Concluding the contract

The contract is deemed concluded from the moment LiqPay confirms successful payment for the checkout session created from our website, provided the payer used the payment link generated after submitting the checkout form. Before paying, the payer must verify SteamID64 in the form.

3. Subject matter

The Provider maintains a community Rust server and accepts voluntary financial support. After a successful payment, the Provider credits bonuses to the specified SteamID64 according to: 1 UAH ≈ 1 bonus(es); 1 USD ≈ 45 bonuses; 1 EUR ≈ 50 bonuses (whole bonuses, rounded down). The game client is not sold.

4. Price (including UAH)

All rates on the checkout page are shown with explicit conversion to bonuses. The payer chooses the amount (the form enforces a minimum of 1 in the selected currency unit). Prices may be updated on the site; the rate locked for your payment is the one displayed at checkout before you are redirected to LiqPay.

5. Performance / delivery

The service is provided electronically. After LiqPay confirms payment, bonuses are applied on the game server, usually within a few minutes. There is no physical shipment.

6. Refunds

If payment succeeded but bonuses did not appear within 20 minutes, contact us using the contacts in section 10 with SteamID64, amount, currency, and payment time — we will verify the LiqPay transaction and resolve the issue (top-up or refund as permitted by Ukrainian law and the payment system).

If a wrong SteamID64 was entered due to payer error, refunds are considered case by case with proof of payment and only if credited bonuses were not spent on the server.

Once bonuses have been fully consumed in the in-game economy of the server, a refund is generally not available, because the digital service has been supplied.

7. Exchange

Classic “exchange of goods of good quality” in retail does not apply to this immaterial service. If bonuses were credited but not yet used, you may contact us regarding correction or transfer in line with section 6; we do not guarantee exchange for another form of compensation after use.

8. Liability

The Provider is not liable for failure to credit bonuses if the payer supplied an incorrect SteamID64 or if third parties (Steam, Facepunch, hosting, LiqPay) experience outages beyond the Provider’s reasonable control.

9. Personal data

We process SteamID64 and data required by the payment operator to complete the transaction, in line with our checkout flow and applicable law.

Below is what you can get on our Rust server «RUST-BOOM»: bonuses are credited after LiqPay payment; you spend them in-game via /menu (bonus shop). UAH prices are an equivalent at the rate 1 UAH ≈ 1 bonus(es) (rounded up to whole hryvnias for one shop unit).

You choose the amount in UAH, USD, or EUR on the checkout form. After successful payment, bonuses are credited to the SteamID64 you entered (see conversion on the form). Minimum in the form: 1 unit of the selected currency.
